RP Aero Systems is pleased to announce the delivery of KLM Royal Dutch Airlines’ Boeing 787 Door Trainer at their Training Centre, Amsterdam Schiphol Airport.

“This Door Trainer includes all the necessary functions to meet the modern day training needs together with specialised features unique to the B787 aircraft. This is a market leading product and one that KLM are extremely pleased with" says RP Aero Systems Managing Director, Stephen Foster.

The Trainer consists of a 1L main door with Crew Attendant Seat, EDW dimming system, AMOD and will is a true representation of the new B787 Dreamliner aircraft.

The 1L door includes RP’s advanced electronic door hinge and handle control system and out of the window visual system.

The trainer has been provided specifically for KLM to train cabin crew in preparation for the arrival of their new Dreamliner aircraft in the fourth quarter of 2015.
